Diane was born in Orlando, Florida. No, she is not obsessed with Disney; however, she does love to go to all of the theme parks. Why not? She says, you get to be a big kid! In 2006 she moved to North Carolina and purchased a new home in Garner and a rental property in Raleigh. She loved watching Garner grow over the last 13 years; however, in 2019 she made the decision to sell all of her properties and move to Raleigh. Diane has also worked in technology for multiple companies throughout Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville, and Cary, and has numerous contacts with various tech companies, which is helpful with relocation clients in that industry.

Diane has bought multiple properties in both Florida and North Carolina, including new construction, older rental properties, townhomes, and most recently a 1940's bungalow. She is well-versed in the costs and benefits of different types of properties & loans, and understands every stage of buyer from first-time homebuyers, existing homeowners, investors, and renters. She has bought and sold them all and is in a unique position to provide advice from her experience over the years.

When Diane's not working, she's testing new gf/vegan recipes even though she is an omnivore. She also knows a great deal about the good restaurants and events in the areas and she is great with the best lunch spots! Though she never thought she'd love the gym, Diane has done multiple running/walking events in the area, NC/SC beaches, and even in other states (DC, Philly, and Virginia Beach). When she's not running around the world, she also loves to read while hanging out with her pup and older, wiser snuggly cat-dog.
